What's new: Manga / Novels switch, tap-to-hide reader, page sizes

A round of reader upgrades just went live:

• Manga / Novels switch in the header. Home, Browse and Updates now show one library at a time, with a row of picks from the other side at the bottom of the page.
• Cleaner reader. Tap the page to hide or show the bars. The line under the header always has Previous / Next chapter.
• Rating & comments live in the compact strip at the bottom of the reader. Tap it to rate, react and read the discussion.
• Page size button (desktop): switch manga pages between Full, 3/4, 2/3, 1/2, 2/5 and 1/3 of the screen. Your choice is remembered.
